What is the working principle of the gold mine modular oxygen generator?
Air Pre-treatment
Mine air enters the air compression module first, where dust (<0.1μm), oil (<0.01mg/m³) and moisture (dew point 2-10℃) are removed via 3-stage dust filtration, oil removal and drying devices, ensuring clean air for subsequent processes.
Pressurized Adsorption & Separation
The cleaned air is compressed (0.7-1.3MPa for PSA; lower for VPSA) and sent to two adsorption towers (filled with zeolite molecular sieves) in the adsorption module. The sieves preferentially adsorb nitrogen and CO₂, while high-purity oxygen (90%-95%) passes through to a buffer tank.
Depressurization & Regeneration Cycle
When one tower's sieve is saturated with impurities, the system switches to the other tower for continuous oxygen production. Meanwhile, the saturated tower is depressurized (PSA) or vacuumed (VPSA) to desorb impurities, regenerating the sieve for cyclic use.
Oxygen Output & Adaptation
The oxygen in the buffer tank is purity-tested (recycled if substandard) and then piped directly to gold mining processes (cyanide leaching, pressure oxidation) or switched to underground emergency oxygen supply as needed.
