Oxygen production process basis:

The high-purity oxygen pressure swing absorption generator adopts the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process, and uses the strong adsorption capacity of synthetic zeolite molecular sieves for nitrogen to separate and produce oxygen from compressed air. ​

Dual bed collaborative operation:

The generator is equipped with two zeolite beds, one of which filters air under pressure to produce oxygen, and the other desorbs under reduced pressure, discharges the adsorbed nitrogen to achieve regeneration, and works alternately to ensure continuous oxygen production. ​

Purity improvement mechanism:
