Projects-Commissioning & Start-Up

Commissioning & Start-Up is the last visible step of a project execution process. It moves the project from the "end of construction" to the "commercial operation" status. This phase covers initial and primary dynamic tests, including guarantee performance tests.

NEWTEK dedicated commissioning and start-up team Initiated right from the beginning of design phase, Commissioning & Start-Up activity aims to validate the construction integrity and confirms that the facilities are delivered in a safe, reliable and operational condition for a complete customer satisfaction.

Projects-Operation And Maintenance

Regular Inspection and Maintenance: Regularly inspect all parts of the equipment to ensure they are in good condition. This includes checking pipes, valves, pressure gauges, etc., as well as the equipment's electrical system (if any).
Maintenance and Cleaning: Clean the equipment regularly to prevent accumulation of dust, grease or other impurities from affecting the performance of the equipment. Pay special attention to cleaning pressure gauges, valves and connecting parts.
Regular calibration and adjustments: Calibrate pressure gauges and other sensors to ensure their accuracy. As needed, adjust valves to ensure correct gas flow and pressure.
Maintenance records: Record the date of each maintenance, maintenance content and problems found. This helps track the health of your equipment and detect possible failures in advance.
Training and Safety: Train operators to use equipment correctly and strictly abide by safe operating procedures. This includes proper gas handling methods, emergency response and how to identify equipment problems.
Regularly replace parts: According to the equipment manufacturer's recommendations, regularly replace wearing parts, such as seals, O-rings, etc., to ensure the reliability and safety of the equipment.
Maintenance and updates: Regularly conduct equipment maintenance and updates, and update equipment components or systems as needed to comply with the latest safety standards and technical requirements.
Environmental monitoring: Regularly check the environment around the equipment to ensure that there are no factors that may affect the operation or safety of the equipment, such as leakage, vibration, etc.
