Based on its long-term development strategy in the manufacturing industry, NEWTEK has launched a plant infrastructure upgrading project to enhance its production environment guarantee capability in summer, deploying a large number of industrial fans in core production workshops. This move is not an isolated equipment update, but a systematic improvement of the operating environment optimization system by the based on the concept of collaborative management of production factors, aiming to achieve a two-way balance between the protection of employees' occupational health and the improvement of production efficiency through hardware upgrading.

From the perspective of management system construction, the has established a "human-machine-environment" collaborative management model since its establishment, incorporating the working environment parameters of front-line employees into the production efficiency evaluation system. Ten-year data tracking shows that for every 1℃ decrease in the workshop environment temperature, the operation accuracy rate of the assembly line can be increased by 0.8%, and the equipment shutdown failure rate can be reduced by 1.2%. Based on this, the 's decision-making level clearly listed "operating environment optimization" as the core issue of the production system upgrading at the annual strategic meeting, and the summer ventilation improvement project is the specific implementation measure of this strategy.

To ensure the quality of the project implementation, the has set up a special working group with the co-founder as the team leader and the person in charge of the production, administrative and safety departments as the core members. The working group completed the whole process planning in three months: in March, it carried out the thermal environment mapping of the workshop, collected the temperature distribution data of 12 operating areas through infrared thermometers, and determined the optimal installation points of fans in combination with air flow simulation software; in April, it completed the equipment selection, compared 16 indexes such as air volume, energy consumption and noise of 12 industrial fans of 8 brands, and finally selected the equipment with a single coverage area of 120 square meters and operating noise controlled below 65 decibels, which complies with GB/T 50087 - 2013 "Code for Design of Noise Control in Industrial Enterprises"; in May, the installation and commissioning were carried out, and employee operation training was carried out simultaneously, and equipment ledger and maintenance plan were established.

From the perspective of production system integration, this upgrading is deeply linked with the 's intelligent manufacturing transformation. The newly added fan system is connected to the workshop Internet of Things platform, and can automatically adjust the operation gear through temperature sensors: when the ambient temperature exceeds 30℃, it automatically switches to high-speed mode; when it is lower than 26℃, it turns to low-speed operation, which can save 15% of energy consumption per month. At the same time, the equipment operation data is uploaded to the 's ERP system in real time, forming a linkage with the production planning module - when there is an abnormality in the ventilation system, the system will automatically prompt to adjust the shift arrangement to avoid continuous operation in high-temperature environment. This "environment-production" data intercommunication mechanism has improved the stability of workshop operation efficiency by 20%.

In the cost control system, such environmental optimization investment has formed a standardized management mode. The has included it in the "production guarantee cost" subject, with the annual budget accounting for 0.3% - 0.5% of the total output value. Through the whole life cycle cost accounting, it is shown that the industrial fans invested this time are expected to have a service life of 8 years, the annual average allocated cost is less than 30% of the traditional air conditioning system, and the maintenance cost is only 50% of the conventional ventilation equipment. This balance between economy and effectiveness makes the environmental improvement project an organic part of the 's cost reduction and efficiency increase system.

From the perspective of corporate social responsibility, the implementation of this project has promoted the upgrading of the 's occupational health management system. In accordance with the ISO 45001 standard, the working group has formulated the "Code for Control of High-Temperature Operating Environment", defined 7 systems such as fan operation management and employee health monitoring, and established a three-level response mechanism of "prevention-monitoring-disposal". Since summer, the number of high-temperature warning days in the workshop has decreased by 62% compared with the same period last year, employee heatstroke incidents have been zero, the completion rate of occupational health records has increased to 100%, and relevant experiences have been included in the best practice case database of the local manufacturing industry association.

Looking forward to the future, the has launched the construction plan of "intelligent environment management system". The system will integrate 12 types of environmental parameters such as temperature and humidity, air quality and noise, and realize dynamic adjustment through AI algorithms. It is planned to complete the deployment in the pilot workshop in 2024 and achieve full plant coverage in 2025. At that time, industrial fans will form a collaborative control network with fresh air systems and local cooling equipment to build a more accurate environmental guarantee system, providing stable basic support for flexible production under the intelligent manufacturing mode.

NEWTEK has always believed that the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises is not only reflected in the product and technology level, but also rooted in the systematic optimization of production factors. Through continuous improvement of the operating environment management, it has not only practiced the development concept of "people-oriented", but also laid a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the enterprise. This positive cycle is the key for the to maintain its competitiveness in the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
