Core Technology


Utilizing cryogenic distillation technology, the process steps are as follows:

 

●Air Compression: Ambient air is drawn in and compressed to a high pressure, then cooled through a heat exchanger and water cooling system.
 

●Purification: The compressed and cooled air passes through a molecular sieve to remove water vapor, carbon dioxide, and hydrocarbons.
 

●Cooling and Liquefaction: The purified air is further cooled in a heat exchanger until it liquefies.
 

●Distillation: The liquefied air is fed into a distillation column; oxygen (higher boiling point) accumulates at the bottom, nitrogen (lower boiling point) rises to the top, and argon is separated in the middle.
