What is the oxygen production capacity of the equipment? Can it meet the large-scale oxygen demand?

The oxygen production can be customized according to demand, with a conventional range of 10-200m³/h, and some high-end models can be upgraded to higher specifications. For large-scale oxygen use scenarios such as centralized oxygen supply in hospitals and large industrial workshops, multiple devices can be operated in parallel to meet the demand, and a single device supports 24 hours of continuous stable gas production.

What range can the oxygen purity be stable in? Does it meet medical or industrial standards?

Using PSA oxygen production technology, the oxygen purity is stable at 93%±3%. Medical-grade equipment has passed relevant certifications (such as ISO 13485) and can be directly used for medical oxygen therapy; industrial-grade equipment meets the oxygen-enriched combustion or protective gas standards of metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries, and the purity can be fine-tuned according to demand.

What is the energy consumption of equipment operation? Is the later maintenance cost high?

The operating energy consumption depends on the oxygen production. Taking the 50m³/h model as an example, the power consumption per hour is about 15-20 degrees, which is much lower than the comprehensive cost of traditional cylinder oxygen supply. In terms of maintenance, the core component molecular sieve has a life of 8000-10000 hours. It only needs to replace the filter element regularly on a daily basis. With the remote monitoring system, the maintenance cost is low.

Can the equipment be customized according to special environments?

Supports customized design. For extreme environments such as high temperature (up to 50℃), low temperature (minimum - 30℃), and high altitude (above 3000 meters), temperature control systems and pressure compensation devices can be installed to ensure the normal operation of the equipment under harsh conditions.
