Oxygen Plant Generator
Description
Technical Parameters
●Air Compression: Initially, atmospheric air is drawn into the system and compressed to a required pressure using a compressor.
●Air Purification: The compressed air is then passed through a series of filters and dryers where impurities, such as moisture, oil vapor, and dust, are removed.
●Adsorption of Nitrogen: The purified air is directed into a vessel containing an adsorbent material, typically zeolite, which has a natural affinity for nitrogen. Under pressure, nitrogen molecules are preferentially adsorbed onto the surface of the zeolite, allowing oxygen and other gases to pass through.
●Oxygen Collection: The remaining oxygen-enriched gas mixture is then directed out of the adsorption vessel and collected as the product gas.
●Pressure Swing & Regeneration: Once the adsorbent material becomes saturated with nitrogen, the pressure in the vessel is rapidly reduced (pressure swing), allowing the nitrogen to desorb and exit the system. In dual-tower systems, while one vessel regenerates, the other one adsorbs nitrogen, ensuring a continuous flow of oxygen.
●Oxygen Storage: The oxygen produced is then either directly supplied to the point of use or stored in a tank for later usage.

FAQ
Q1: What oxygen purity levels can an Oxygen Plant Generator provide?
A1: Oxygen purity depends on the technology. PSA oxygen plants typically deliver 90–96% purity, ideal for medical, laboratory, and general industrial applications. Cryogenic oxygen plants achieve 99.5% or higher, suitable for steelmaking, glass production, and high-tech industries requiring ultra-high-purity oxygen.
Q2: What industries use Oxygen Plant Generators?
A2: Oxygen Plant Generators are widely used in hospitals and healthcare facilities, metallurgy (steel, copper, aluminum), chemical processing, glass and ceramics manufacturing, aquaculture, wastewater treatment, and oil & gas industries. They ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and continuous oxygen supply for critical operations.
Q3: What are the main advantages of installing an Oxygen Plant Generator?
A3: Key advantages include:
●Continuous on-site oxygen production, reducing reliance on cylinder supply.
●Cost savings on logistics and refilling.
●Customizable capacity to meet different flow rate requirements.
●High reliability and automation for 24/7 operation.
●Environmentally friendly solution with low energy consumption.
Q4: How to choose the right Oxygen Plant Generator for my business?
A4: Choosing the right model depends on oxygen purity requirements, flow rate (Nm³/h), pressure needs, and intended applications. PSA plants are ideal for medical, small to medium industries, and laboratories, while cryogenic plants are recommended for large-scale industries requiring high-purity oxygen. Consulting with a professional manufacturer ensures proper system design and cost-efficiency.
