Product principle:
The Pressure Swing Adsorption Oxygen Plant uses clean compressed air as raw material and high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent to produce oxygen from the air under a certain pressure. The purified and dried compressed air is adsorbed under pressure and desorbed under reduced pressure in the adsorber. Due to the aerodynamic effect, the diffusion rate of nitrogen in the pores of the zeolite molecular sieve is much greater than that of oxygen. Nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase to form finished oxygen. Then the pressure is reduced to normal pressure, and the adsorbent desorbs the adsorbed nitrogen and other impurities to achieve regeneration. Generally, two adsorption towers are set up in the system. One tower adsorbs and produces oxygen, and the other tower desorbs and regenerates. The opening and closing of the pneumatic valve is controlled by the PLC program controller to cycle the two towers alternately, thereby obtaining oxygen with higher purity (93 %±3%).

Application areas of oxygen production equipment:
Large-scale factories and aquaculture oxygen production, oxygenation, dissolved oxygen, and use with large-scale ozone machines for disinfection, sterilization, algae removal, etc. of breeding ponds.
Also available for:
(1) Electric furnace steelmaking: decarburization, oxygen-assisted combustion heating, foam slag dissolution, metallurgical control and subsequent heating.
(2) Wastewater treatment: oxygen-enriched aeration of activated sludge, pool oxygenation and ozone sterilization.
(3) Field cutting construction: Oxygen is used for field cutting of steel pipes and steel plates. Mobile or small oxygen generators can meet the requirements.
(4) Sewage treatment, non-ferrous metal smelting: Smelting steel, zinc, nickel, lead, etc. requires oxygen enrichment, and the PSA method is gradually replacing the cryogenic method.
(5) Glass melting: Oxygen assists combustion and dissolving, cutting, increasing glass output and extending the life of the furnace.
(6) Pulp bleaching and papermaking: Chlorine bleaching is converted into oxygen-rich bleaching, providing cheap oxygen.
(7) Ore processing: used in gold and other production processes to improve the extraction rate of precious metals.
(8) For fermentation: Fudai replaces air to provide oxygen for aerobic fermentation, which can greatly improve efficiency.
(9) Drinking water: Provide oxygen to the ozone generator for oxygen production and sterilization.
(10) Oxygen used in petrochemical and chemical industries: Oxygen reactions in petroleum and chemical industries use rich oxygen instead of air for oxidation reactions, which can increase reaction speed and chemical product output.

What is the Pressure Swing Adsorption Oxygen Plant?

What is PSA oxygen? PSA is short for pressure swing adsorption. Elevated pressures are needed for the process, usually 4-8 bar(g). In case a higher pressure is required for your process, this can be applied, too.
