Working principle 

 

 

Air Filtration & Compression

Ambient air is filtered to remove impurities, then compressed to 0.5-0.7MPa by a low-pressure air compressor, laying the foundation for subsequent processing.

 
 

Prepurification Treatment

Compressed air enters a molecular sieve adsorber to remove moisture, CO₂, and hydrocarbons, preventing freezing and blockage in low-temperature systems.

 
 

Cryogenic Distillation

Purified air is cooled to -175℃ via a refrigeration system, then enters a double-column distillation tower. Oxygen and nitrogen are separated by boiling point difference, with liquid oxygen collected at the tower bottom.

 
 

Storage & Delivery

Liquid oxygen is pumped into a low-temperature insulated storage tank, and can be delivered as liquid via cryogenic pipelines or vaporized into gaseous oxygen for use as needed.
