The PSA oxygen generator uses advanced pressure swing adsorption technology to extract oxygen from compressed air. The oxygen content in compressed air is about 21%, and nitrogen accounts for about 78%. When passing through the zeolite molecular sieve layer, the molecular sieve has a higher adsorption capacity for nitrogen and moisture, allowing the oxygen to be pressurized and output. During the adsorption process, one tower performs the adsorption operation, while the other tower is regenerated by decompression to release the adsorbed gas. This cycle is automatically controlled by a solid-state programmable controller to ensure that the process valves operate alternately and have automatic start and stop functions. Even during peak periods, the oxygen flow and purity can be kept stable. Under normal maintenance conditions, the service life of the zeolite molecular sieve can be almost infinite.

Air Compression and Purification
Air enters the purification system through a compressor, where dust, oil, and moisture are removed, ensuring clean, dry air enters the adsorption tower.

Adsorption Separation
The adsorption tower is filled with a high-efficiency molecular sieve (such as zeolite). Under pressure, the molecular sieve preferentially adsorbs nitrogen and some impurities in the air, while oxygen, due to its weaker adsorption capacity, is concentrated.

Oxygen Production
Unadsorbed oxygen is collected and transported to a buffer tank, maintaining a stable flow and pressure, and outputting high-purity oxygen at 90%–96%.

Desorption and Regeneration
When the adsorption tower reaches saturation, the system switches to a decompressed state, releasing the adsorbed nitrogen and impurities and regenerating the molecular sieve.

Dual-Tower Alternating Operation
