PSA Gas Plant by NEWTEK: Product Features and Working Principle

NEWTEK's PSA oxygen generators efficiently separate oxygen from compressed air through the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process.

By utilizing the PSA process and zeolite molecular sieves, NEWTEK's oxygen generation units achieve high oxygen purity levels, exceeding 21% of ambient air. This makes the generated oxygen suitable for a variety of applications with specific purity requirements.

Adsorption Stage

Compressed air is introduced into one of the adsorbers filled with zeolite molecular sieve.

Regeneration Stage

When the absorber becomes saturated with nitrogen, the inlet airflow is switched to the second adsorber.

Continuous Cycling:

The pressure swings between higher levels during adsorption (production) and lower levels during desorption (regeneration).

Efficient Resource Utilization

By utilizing the coordinated cycle of the two adsorbers, resources are optimally utilized and oxygen production efficiency is increased.
