NEWTEK industrial oxygen generators are designed for low-cost operation. Ozone concentrations of 6 to 10% (weight percent) can be achieved when using pure oxygen supply, and between 2 and 3% when using air supply. Ozone is produced by oxygen-containing dehydrated gas, which is generated by the discharge between two electrodes. These electrodes are separated by a discharge space where the gas flows. The discharge process is called "corona discharge effect", which causes some oxygen molecules to dissociate and form ozone.

Features of water-cooled ozone generators

Alarm system: equipped with red LED indicator, power indication, stop VFD and thermal protection function.
Flow and pressure regulation: equipped with flow and pressure inlet regulators to ensure stable operation of the system.
Safety design: including emergency button and main switch/lock door function to ensure safe operation.
Automatic safety valve: automatic safety valve on the feed line to enhance system safety.
Power regulator: power regulation using VFD technology to optimize energy consumption.

Scope of application
The ozone regulator can be used for continuous water cooling applications (drinking water temperature below 20°C) and is equipped with automatic safety valve and air dryer supply. The system supports oil-free compressed air (@ 7 bar) and high purity oxygen (> 97% O₂).
