Containerized Oxygen Generator

Containerized oxygen concentrator is a mobile and efficient solution for on-site oxygen production in hospitals. The system has the advantages of low cost, small floor space, simple operation and convenient maintenance, and can be widely used in medical institutions, military field hospitals, disaster relief and other fields. It is a complete set of oxygen concentrators pre-packaged in a container, designed as a mobile plug-and-play device capable of supplying oxygen to patients, operating theaters and intensive care units in healthcare facilities.

Containerized oxygen concentrators are factory installed and tested complete systems designed to fit into steel ISO containers for easy transportation. It consists of screw air compressor, air dryer, filter, buffer tank, oxygen generator, electrical control system, etc. The generator can be integrated with a compressor or oxygen bottle filling station to provide up to 99% purity within the container for easy transportation and on-demand, low-cost oxygen generation. Designed for extreme environments, the containerized system can handle ambient temperatures from -20°C to +50°C and is easily installed and operated on site.
