Technical Parameters
Raw Material and Adsorbent: The system uses air as the raw material and zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent to separate oxygen from air by pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology.
Process Overview: The air is compressed to working pressure by a screw air compressor. The compressed air then enters the PSA oxygen generator, where the pressure swing adsorption process separates oxygen from other gases in the air.
Mobile Plug-and-Play Device: The containerized oxygen generator is a complete set of oxygen generators pre-installed in a container. It is designed to be a mobile plug-and-play device, offering advantages such as low cost, small area, simple operation, easy maintenance, quick on-site oxygen production, convenient switching, and minimal pollution.

Containerized oxygen concentrators are factory installed and tested complete systems designed to fit into steel ISO containers for easy transportation. It consists of screw air compressor, air dryer, filter, buffer tank, oxygen generator, electrical control system, etc. The generator can be integrated with a compressor or oxygen bottle filling station to provide up to 99% purity within the container for easy transportation and on-demand, low-cost oxygen generation. Designed for extreme environments, the containerized system can handle ambient temperatures from -20°C to +50°C and is easily installed and operated on site.
