This plant embodies precision engineered processes that begin with its robust Air Compressor, where atmospheric air is gently compressed to a low pressure between 5-7 bar (0.5-0.7 Mpa).

 

The journey of air continues to the Pre Cooling System, a crucial stage that meticulously reduces the air temperature to around 12 degrees Celsius. This significant temperature drop is critical for the subsequent purification process.

Our state-of-the-art purification system uses Twin Molecular Sieve Dryers, a method that ensures the removal of impurities such as moisture, carbon dioxide, and hydrocarbons from the air. This dual-dryer system provides an uninterrupted workflow, with one dryer in operation while the other regenerates, guaranteeing a continuous supply of pure air.

 

The core of our cryogenic process is the Cryogenic Cooling of Air by Expander. At this juncture, our Turbo Expander plunges the temperature of air to cryogenic levels of below -165 to -170 degrees Celsius. Here, the air is prepared for the separation phase, where liquidity and extreme cold are essential.

The Separation of Liquid Air into oxygen and nitrogen unfolds within the Air Separation Column. This advanced distillation column is where the cryogenic air is meticulously parted into its components. By leveraging differences in boiling points under cryogenic conditions, we efficiently extract high-purity liquid oxygen and nitrogen.

 

Finally, the culmination of this innovative process: the captured Liquid Oxygen and Nitrogen are carefully stored in a state-of-the-art Liquid Storage Tank. These tanks are designed for maximum insulation and efficiency, maintaining the cryogenic state of the gases until needed for application.
