Main types

Cryogenic distillation type:
suitable for large-scale, high-purity gas production, can produce high-purity oxygen, nitrogen and argon, etc., widely used in industries such as steel and chemical industry that require high gas purity.


●Pressure swing adsorption type:
simple equipment, quick start-up, can flexibly adjust gas output according to demand, but the product purity is lower than that of cryogenic distillation type, and is often used in occasions where gas purity requirements are not particularly high, such as small oxygen and nitrogen production.


●Membrane separation type:

compact device, easy operation, low energy consumption, but limited separation effect, mainly used in some scenarios where gas purity requirements are not high and gas consumption is small, such as nitrogen for food preservation and small medical oxygen.

Raw gas pretreatment
